Beware that some free email accounts from domains like Live.com, Hotmail and Msn.com, use to filter our email messages too frequently. So, we recommend that you don’t use email accounts from these domains when contacting us.
On the other extreme, we must say as well that some organizations have email filters that mark almost every unknown address as spam. Please check for your answer in the TRASH folder before complaining. Don’t blame us for not responding, we always do!
