average, your answer will be posted within 2
hours.
IMPORTANT!
When contacting us make sure you provide a correct
email address and that such email address is not behind
a filter that removes most of the incoming email (good
and no good). If you do not receive a reply from us
within 24 hours the first step is look into your junk
email folder, if is not there our reply might have been
removed by an email filter set by your organization.
Most filters are no good, a number of our replies just
disappear or are returned with the statement that our
email was considered spam or even that we are
blacklisted.
