Here are some news about products you have purchased and may want to hear about.

ARCP Pro
========

Until release 10.0.9 of AWRC Pro we were grandfathering the renewal of all 9.x expired licenses (this does not include licenses that allow for Unlimited Free Life Upgrades, of course).
From release 10.1, licenses that allow for Major Release/1 Year Free upgrades are expiring according to the license validity schedule when there are new releases of the software (the licenses will continue to work on the older releases, of course).
It is possible to renew your license at half the price or even upgrade to an Unlimited Free License Upgrade license from the web pages below.
However, you must keep the same number of Seats of the original license when ordering through the Renewal/Upgrade pages.
If you want to increase the number of Seats of a previous license, please contact us directly and we will make a proposal, if feasible.

AWRC
====

AWRC is the ancestor of AWRC Pro, and its update has been delayed due to other priorities.
However, a new release will be available in early November, eventually before.
All existing Unlimited Free Life Upgrades licenses of AWRC will start being replaced just before AWRC is released, but you can apply for the replacement now, or as soon as possible, because the replacement will be done on a first-come-first-served-basis and will take a while.
Note that licenses will not be issued without a request being received from you and if your original email address has changed, please supply proof of purchase.
