Hal9000 Wallpaper (x64 Assembly Language)

People that followed the Space Odyssey saga remembers Hal 9000, a pure artificial intelligence red eye that interacts with the Discovery One spacecraft crew. I have not actually followed much the Hal 9000 saga, but sometime ago I was looking for some cool x86 ASM code to port to x64 and stumbled across a  "Wallpaper loader with babbling brook sound effect example" featuring Hal 9000.

While I worked on the porting just to practice x64 Assembly Language, I decided to leave here the work just in case it may help other x64 beginners run up to speed.
